Support Center Troubleshooting Application

The support center troubleshooting application was built to provide support center technicians with a way to troubleshoot issues with user accounts and tools to fix them.

Features of the support application included tools to search for a user by user name or ID, different levels of access to ensure user privacy, reports listing locked accounts, and tools to allow technicians to fix problems immediately.
