- Assisted with implementation of UNM's Banner system by supporting the integration with the Luminis portal, also known as MyUNM, and WebCT through the LDI for E-Learning interface.
- Developed and supported a series of channels, or micro-sites, using standards compliant XHTML and CSS technologies that provided access to backend services through single sign on technology.
- Participated in the Provisioning Feeds Project (PFP) in which I wrote applications to synchronize data between the Banner system and several other external systems, including LDAP.
- Acted as second level support for users experiencing issues accessing UNM accounts.
